I ordered a couple cases of these from Blowout last weekend when they were on sale for $299.99 a case.
Here's what I pulled from the first case (432 packs). Haven't sorted the base yet so I don't know how many sets I got but last time I did a case of this I put together at least 7 or 8 sets.
Inserts:
2 - 10 card complete sets of Mickey Mantle Story (cards #MMS66-75) + 4 extras
1 - 21 card Ring of Honor & 1986 Mets ROH set + 27 extras
1 - 58 card Year in Review complete set (cards #YR121-178) + 15 extras
1 - 41 card First Couples set + 31 extras
1 - 25 card WBC Previews complete set + 20 extras

Gold Foil parallel (1 in 2 packs):

Sketch cards (2) (1 in 214 packs):
I got Luis Gonzalez and........Luis Gonzalez, really (at least I think that pose is his from the 2001 World Series)? So much for being a 1 of 1 like it states on the back (I know, there are subtle differences, but come on!). The last case I opened I got 3 sketches by this same artist and they were pretty horrible looking as well (at least they were different players). Did they actually insert sketch cards with quality artwork (and some color?) or do the artists only do that on their personal collection cards?
Memorabilia & autograph cards (1 per box on average):
All-Star Stitches Jerseys (1 in 44 packs):
Albert Pujols
Ben Sheets
Brandon Webb
Carlos Quentin
Hanley Ramirez
Justin Duchscherer
Matt Holliday
Mariano Rivera
Michael Young
All-Stars Jerseys Gold (1 in 373 packs):
Tim Lincecum (17/50)
Season Highlights Autograph (1):
Jeff Salazar
then I beat the odds and pulled this beauty:
All-Star Jerseys Autograph (1 in 6394 packs):
Dustin Pedroia (10/25)
and if that's not enough, the break ends with a totally unexpected pull! I was pretty pumped to pull this:
Topps Baseball History (1 in 1384 packs) -- Framed T206 Harry Pattee
I didn't even realize these were possible to pull!
Hopefully my second case can come close to this one (just hope I don't get any more sketch cards from that artist)
