Upper Deck released preview photos of 2009-10 SP Authentic on their facebook page today. SP Authentic is always one of my favorite sets every year and it looks like once again UD has done a great job. hopefully Luca Caputi has a Future Watch Autograph Patch for me to get.

Nice looking cards. Of the '08-09 products I busted, I think SPA was by far my favorite, and especially considering they were on-card autos (hopefully staying that way this year).

And I hit this...not a big player, but a nice patch swatch on it.

as for the auto's SP has always been on card and they will be again this year.

Very nice looking, and I like how there are a couple of different auto sets in this year's product, rather than just FW and SOTT Autos

They look great as usual. The packaging with Tavares also looks sharp this year.

The card of Gaborik in a Rangers uni kinda tripped me out, i thought it was a card of Jagr for a few seconds.

I really like the SOTT insert set this year. Nice design. The rest is pretty much standard SPA hockey fare.

SPA is my favourite product every year. I only pick up the Canuck Rookie cards but it's always a nice clean design, and you can't go wrong with on card autos.

Holy crap! I love the look of the cards this year! I will steamroll past the base cards to the hits of course, LOL, but man, this stuff is very enticing! I like how they've added the additional hits with the "Immortal Inks" set. As always, I hope to trade around and break some of this stuff. Its always been a fun rip!

sadly SP Authentic doesn't release until April 2010.

last year it was April 1st so at least it's early April.
