How hard are these to come by?I was able to afford a box the other day of the new Upper Deck basketball and when I got home and opened the packs...every pack had either an auto or GU card in it.Now, granted the best card I pulled GU wise was a Lebron/Garnett dual GU numbered to /150 and the best auto was a toss up between a Johnny Flynn redemption auto and a Robin Lopez auto but hey...at least I didn't come out feeling completely ***** on the deal.I was also able to complete the base set and about half the rookies from the box.But how hard are these to acquire.I would assume one per case maybe? It was a fun break but man...with the kinds of cards I pulled out of the hotbox...I'd really dread buying another box if it wasn't so loaded.I'd have a hard time making my money back if I were to sell everything I pulled from the loaded one unless that Flynn redemption auto is worth more than I think it is.I can't imagine how bad it would be if I had gotten a regular one.

in my experience, when you get a hotbox they give you crap players with a bunch of gu and autos...were as if you were to get a regular box you would have got less scrub players and one or two good cards like a blake griffin auto or so on, i personally would rather have one good card than a bunch of scrubs.

Kinda what I figured.Don't get me wrong..not all the players were too scrubby but I mean...how much money are you going to get for two Shannon Brown single color GU cards numbered to /500(and yes...they are the exact same card oddly enough), a Raymond Felton/Nene dual single color GU, a Clyde Drexler/Raymond Felton dual single color GU ,Andrew Bogut dual GU single color, and a T-Mac dual GU single color? That was the kinds of cards I got.All the autos were of guys I'd never even heard off.Mostly bench players I think. All in all I am happy with the box and don't intend to sell anything. At least I collect some of the players and I did get what I was after which was a complete base set.I was happy when I realized it was a hot box but then kinda let down when it was mostly semi stars or lower type players.

I wonder how hard the Immortal cards are to pull.I pulled like 5 or 6 of them.I am guessing they are all sp's?I like the 3d stars but I only pulled two of those. They come at about the same rate as the football ones do.Kinda sucks because I would love to do a set of those and wish they would have come more frequently.

There are 3 Hot Boxes per case.
My Hot Box had a Drexler Auto, a Lebron Auto (which I sold for $200), and a Jordan Carmelo Dual Jersey.

I do have it still.
Upper Deck doesn't have it listed as an SP but I have been following it, and there has only been 2 of them sold.
The last one sold for $30, so I figured I would keep it for that price. I've always wanted his auto, so until I can get a signed jersey of his, I am going to keep this card.

Cool.I pulled a Hakeem auto a while back.I wouldn't mind adding a Cassel and Horry auto too.I have a bunch of Horry autos but on things other than cards.I have him on a basketball and some photos and whatnot but no certified card autos.
