Hello all,

During my days on BMB, some folks found a project I invented to be somewhat interesting. For the last three years I have continually tested my will power by purchasing packs and then saving them for Christmas. I never open one before that time. As of Thanksgiving, I currently have accumulated (302) 2007-2009 multi-sport packs (all hobby) which includes (3) 2009 Topps 206 Hobby Boxes and (2) 2009 Tri-Star Obak boxes. My goal is to get to (365) packs (one per each day of the year) by Christmas. Luckily, I work in the industry and get all hobby packs for half off MSRP and outdated packs for 60-75% off. Have a good weekend everyone and wish me luck when the time comes!

James

Good Luck James.
Anytime you want to hook a fellow O's collector up, I always like a good discount. :)

I thik the funnest part is looking at the packs from time to time, and imagining what could be in them. That's almost more fun than the break! I have about 3-4 packs from 40-50 products.

I saved a pack of retail 08 stadium club for Christmas last year, but I misplaced the pack.

I found it a month ago and what was in it but a Jeff Clement Redemption Auto. Good thing it hadn't expired yet.
