2009 Goodwin Mini Black & Silver/foil/chrome needs!

Hey all,

I've been on and off trying to put together the 2009 Goodwin Mini Black Border set for a couple years. Also working on the much less likely foil (silver, chrome, whatever you call it) mini set. Here's my needs

Black:

I admit that I was not actively searching online when Goodwin was released. However, from the circle of other Manning collegiate collectors it appears that the plates never surfaced. Last year I had the opportunity to ask if the plates ever made it to packs and I was told that they should have been included. They would not say if all of the plates made it to packs, though. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
