The jersey is an Aramis Ramirez (uncommon) Chicago Cubs jersey signed on the number on the back. The jersey has the nameplate -- yay!

The two cards were a Nick Schmidt base auto and a triple auto #/25 with our boy Kala and Teheren and Rohrbough.
