Spence is a nice guy. Unfortunately the customer service skills at JSA, for the most part, begin & end with him.

I've had nothing but great experiences with both James and his staff numerous times. Maybe he has bad days. Dunno.

I know everyone has their bad days, its just my opinion that you shouldnt lie, or be rude to people paying for your services.

I've spent a lot of money with them over the years and things have deteriorated from a Customer Service perspective. Though, as I said, Spence has always been personable.

No doubt. Especially with more and more competition rising up. There was another authentication company there, although I don't remember they're name. I talked with one of they're employees who used to work for ***. Customer service IS what it's all about. Without the customer you have no business. Maybe you guys should send a letter or email explaining your complaints and concerns to them. I don't know if it would help, but it couldn't hurt.

I hear ya. I had actually gone the email route after the situation I went through with them as well as called but neither were returned to this day.

I thoroughly enjoyed that interview. The best part was his words at the end, basically saying "I want you use my service, but do some research and know what your buying before hand."
