2009 Topps Chrome Football Box Break
The swan song from Topps is a culmination of all the ideas which have made Topps Chrome a top seller for the past 13+ years. Topps Chrome combines top name stars and rookies to create a highly collectible set that has high tech design and many levels of parallels. The various refractors make set collecting tougher and this set also has a few short print cards of top superstars such as Tom Brady, Peyton Manning and Brett Favre. Overall, the classic design and high quality images make this set visually appealing and its autograph checklist of rookies make this set highly coveted. Here is how I did:

Overall this box was pretty weak, but the potential of a big hit is what causes collectors to buy this buy the case. I would say this is a reasonably weak box, but getting a 1st round draft pick auto is always nice.
