2009 Topps Finest Superfractor Question

Wondering if anyone pulled a Superfractor out of this product..... or can I ask, is the 1/1 out this considered a Superfractor?? Reason I ask, I pulled the grady sizemore and ended up selling it and there is a question whether it is considered a superfractor.... any help would be greatly appreciated

I think technically they are just X-Fractors or Framed X-Fractors. They don't have the "swirl" pattern that superfractors have.

ok, even though is says one of one on the front of the card??? just want to make sure as there is a question from the guy I sold it too and I might have to do a refund....

1/1 does not a superfractor make, young jedi.

However, asking for a refund on a 1/1 because it was listed as a superfractor seems lame unless there wasn't a picture in the auction.

Technically they're one of one xfractor, but no one should have a problem with that. The only way in hell that I'd issue a refund is if the guy only collects superfractors and was very upset that they didn't have the same yellowish glow.

Well I guess I can somewhat understand it if they were expecting one thing and got another. The problem is that superfractors don't even exist in that set, so it's not like he could have even had a chance at receiving the superfractor.

ok, the guy thought I purposely misled him, which I did not..... have have a perfect rating here on the site and just do not want to make it look like I screwed him over..... I have bought, sold, traded with many here and do not want this too affect that..... I told him I will refund his Paypal when I get the card back......

that is what I thought but I do not want to make it look like I tried ripping him off or anything... just told him it was a superfractor because that is truly what I thought it was since it is a 1/1..... thank you for you input.... it is appreciated... steve

How much did he pay for it? I wouldn't even think about a partial refund, and most definitely, don't think about refunding until you receive the card.

They look excellent in person too. Still the 05-07 Finest Superfractors were so nice.

A Superfractor is a Superfractor. It's the type of finish on the card. Whether it's a 1/1 or not is a binary fact, either it is or isn't. Similarly, whether a card is a Superfractor or not is also a binary fact. They are independent of each other, for the most part, but for the last few years, baseball Supers have been 1/1s.

The bigger question, though, is how there was a major Sizemore card pulled and sold and I wasn't involved. If kuggy2 wants to avoid any issues, please go ahead and refund the buyer and sell it to me. Failing that, please let me know who bought it.
