Interestingly, look at all of the Ultimate Patches in the product. They seem to have very carefully cropped the photos to omit logos. Not true of every card, but seemingly all of these.

Most of the Jumbo Swatch subset as well...

Yeah, the patches are the ones they cropped to all head shots. Not true of most of the non-patch jumbos though.

See, that one has partially obscured logos. That's the kind of thing that I think we may see a lot of in UD's future products. Same with most of the cards that I've seen from that subset.

I fully agree, but if we are talking legality here, that would clearly be interpreted by anyone as a Cardinals logo.
