i sent out all the wrappers and info, so it will be a week or 2 before we get a replacement

This isn't true. I just received a package from topps for the missing pieces in my case. I was short 14 hits, only received 2 auto's in the case. NO rip or silk cards either. No plate in the case. No red auto. Received junk bat and jersey cards, none are short printed.

Topps did not include a rip card that I was shorted. No bazooka card either. I sealed up the box I received and sent the whole box of crap back. I called customer service and was put on hold as soon as the call was answered. I hung up and called back, got Katie this time and she was uncooperative. Let's see what happens next.

Very disappointed.
