Just wondering if I can get a little feedback from those of you who have busted a case of the 2010 Bowman Chrome hobby boxes: do you think it's worth the money? How many colored autos are you getting on average? Any other issues to be aware of? Thanks. Not too happy with Topps at the moment, but wondering if I should bust a case.

Cheers.

some cases had lots of parallels autos while others had none. You can prob expect to get about 2 USA autos per case. Very hit or miss like any product. Go through the box breaks section and see everyone else's case breaks there to see for yourself

Thanks. Just posted for a little more direct feedback from perhaps those who haven't posted anything about their breaks.

I have a friend who bought 4 boxes and got the two top chrome au and an orange ref au and a gold ref au in the 4 boxes. He was lucky. He also got a couple orange refs.

One of my cases was loaded with color(7 colored autos and prospects) including an orange Chapman auto, but 2 others were pretty bad color-wise(a couple golds of crummy base cards and just one blue auto from both those cases! You'll know within 2 boxes if it's a color loaded case. Depends on how low of a price you're paying too. I paid $460ish each. Also sent in all 36 wrappers for the redemption thing too(hoping for a Harper auto!)

We broke nearly 3 dozen cases. and I can tell you it's an ok break. (we averaged out to roughly $480 per case, (prebought many in the $675 + range)
What I can tell you is that the Sano, Sanchez, and Chapman auto almost always traveled together in the cases.
we only hit 2 strasburg auto's and 2 strasburg refractor auto's. 9all 4 of those came in some combination with the aforementioned 3 players.

Best card was a Chapman Gold auto ref.

best case by far yielded:
Hendriks super (non auto),
Max Kepler gold auto,
Peguero orange auto,
Topps 100 Posey gold refractor

I had 4 cases that yielded no refractor auto at all. Nor colored refractor at all even unauto'd.

typical expectations per case:
6-7 chrome auto's
4 refractor auto's
1 blue or better refractor auto
1 usa auto,
1 usa refractor or better auto/dual auto
3-4 blue refractors
1 gold refractor
less than 1 orange refractor
6 propect refractors
55 regular refractors
8 topps 100,
3-4 topps 100 refractors
3 prospect sets,
2.5 usa sets
base set 1-220 (a few cards short)

That's brutal. I bet there are plenty of guys who bought just one case and got CRAP like these 4 bad cases.

Topps should balance it more than that, no? Seems they can.

Interesting. in my case, I pulled a Sano and Sanchez base auto and Chapman blue.
