Maybe I'm wrong on this, but has anyone else noticed that the cards from 2010 Bowman seem to run in a certain sequence? To the point that you could see what's in the first pack and be able to determine what pack should have a Strasburg chrome in it (and base as well) - assuming the box is not altered in terms of the pack order once you crack it open.

The same guys are in the same packs together. I've only opened 8 boxes, so it's entirely possible it's just coincidence, but I don't think so. Anyone further add to this though process?

Topps has always been sequenced, and yes, the pattern is quite predictable.

I think I was always getting the base Brett Jackson, Thomas Neal, and Iglesias in the same jumbo packs, in order.

I don't recall noticing it in previous years of bowman/bowman draft and I've busted a ton of that stuff over the years. It really stuck out this year for some reason. Maybe I'm just more in tune and enjoying my breaks more since I'm not busting case after case anymore and just trying to get it all busted as quick as possible! :)

ha - that's one of the runs I can't seem to get in my boxes :) I need several of each in chrome and base. If anyone wants to trade with me, I have a ton of dupes I can offer up for stuff I need... Just PM me a need list and I'll reply with what I have and what I need - insert sets included.

Oh - I don't believe ANY base chromes are SP'd, so I would disagree with the comment on Strasburg and Crosby.

Also noticed the poor quality control. All 3 auto's were in the same placed pack in every single box of the case. No boxes with 2 or 4 auto's no crazy 6 auto hot box. After first box, could have just went through and opened 21 packs with 21 auto's.

That is Quality control as the lay out the boxes they have to almost guarantee that the autos are in there so out of the four piles of cards they always put the ones with he auto in the same spot so they make the box. Haven't you every watched
the discovery channel and see how some things are packaged out :D
