The Blair White might be the only good news, Preston Parkers were selling for 150-175 and the print run is almost
200! Damn that is going to hurt in the morning!

This has always been the case with contenders. Topps does the right thing and just calls cards short printed without
giving print runs, we are spoiled today, remember those elite parallels in 1992....numbered to like 10,000 but impossible
to pull. Today anymore than 100 is considered not rare.

I really can't call the on card auto rc's /variations SP's since you really have anywhere from 500 to 1000 on them. Ya there diff pose or jersey but to me not really SP. Now if they put diff color ink or sp'ed one version more than the other then i could say SP . Both are the same Kinda disapointed with that.

Dont think anybody is mad a Panini here, well except for the fact that they have so many redemptions.
But come on man, to even begin to consider 500 a sp is rediculous.

I still think the best time to sell contenders singles is a week or so after release, get it into peoples mind that
certain cards are SP'ed and then fire away. All those who sat on cards until now are looking at significant
decline in all prices with maybe the exception of 1 or 2. I don't remember retail blasters last year, or at least
blasters with rookie tickets in them.
