I thought that panini lost the NCAA License, on Sept 30 and werent allow to release it after that, yet blowout and other distributors are now saying release date as Oct, 6th, just wondering how that was possible if they lose there license at the end of this month.

As long as they ship out all of the product by the end of the month, then there is no issue. They can ship next week and then have the release date set for the following week.
