The FCB crew convinced the dealer to give them back to them for me. The guy wasn't arrested (and I'm not even sure if I can do anything to prove that he was in possession of stolen goods except for my Paypal payments for the 2 cards).

How long ago did they come up missing and how many other cards are you missing?I must have missed the story.Break in or lost in transit?

i didn't know yanxchick and coveredinwrappers were on fcb staff. my guess is that with all the ugly dudes on staff, chris needed to have someone who could brighten up the booth.

It doesn't matter if he won them on eBay. He's in possession of stolen property. At the very least, the cards should have been confiscated and he should have been taken in for questioning or arrested for theft. If he won them on eBay evidence could have been found within a day or two and he could have been let go

This is assuming, of course, the cops actually cared about going after "petty" crimes that don't generate any revenue for their department.
