What is the deal with this Lincoln SP card?

I have 2 guesses what it might be:

1) Moises Alou in Cubs uniform peeing on his hands to toughen them up

2) A card of Andre Dawson in Cubs garb shaking hands with Abe Lincoln as Abe congrats him on making the HOF.

The Yankees invented the walk-off, which led to their invention of pie, which led to their invention of pie-in-the-face. I think.

I think I pee'd a little there. My favorite board quote so far this year....

We need a pee'ing smiley....maybe not.

And as a Brewer fan, I want a Brewer variation where there are many the same, and then a few with their shirts untucked

Sam Banks would ******* LOVE it!

Is there something else, because Hornsby was a SP already and all of his cards have Lincoln in the background.

That's funny
Didn't know Abe hit a walk off for my Yankees last year. It must have happened while I was at the beach!

Did you see Prince's card for this year? Great use of photography capturing a great Brewer moment last year. And the Tucked/untucked would be hot--if the Yankees did it. ;)

So far I have ripped 6 Hobby Cases & 2 Jumbo Cases and only pulled 1 Pie Face SSP. It was the Johnny Damon version. So yes, these are a tough pull. Topps Set collectors go crazy for these.

I thought it was AWESOME. I wish they would have used it on something other than an insert.

I REALLY like the Pie cards, it just sucks that they are so darn expensive. I wish they were at the same price level as the Legends SPs. I hope I can eventually put a set together. For all you Yankee haters, they were the World Champs last year, it is only fitting that their season gets commemorated in such a manner.

As for the Lincoln question....it states “Who would Abe Lincoln’s favorite team be?” Shouldn't it read "What would..." Perhaps, that is a hint. :? The Hornsby is a great thought, but I feel that may just be a random guy from the stands wearing a suit. If it were Lincoln they would have made it obvious.

Maybe another card has a picture of Lincoln in the stands or something that will tell us the answer...

They started a team tradition of doing it when there was a walk off homerun. I'm not aware of any other team doing that..

Phillies have been since they moved to the bank.

I like the cards, they're fun.
