2010 Triple Threads Pujols Fake Patch ?

Hello! new here and have seen fake patch cards discussed. Would like to know what the experts here think?

I recently purchased this Pujols on ebay and the top layer of the card does not seem to be set properly. Bottom sets square but, top and sides do not. The top layer just looks tampered with compared to the other layers. Also, guess I should have thought about this before purchase but, does patch/jersey look like it would have been from something he would have worn.

if someone is going to fake a pujols 2/3 triple thread i doubt it would only be a 2 color

The top layer being removed to insert better patches is an issue with triple threads. With that said I am a bit split on this one, one would think a better patch would be inserted. But it could be they tried failed badly and placed the original back in.
