Even just openend a box of this products and pulled Sean Couturier Young Guns, Smith-Pelly YG, Nugent-Hopkins CL, Brett Bulmer YG, jacob Markstrom Exclusives /10, Boston Bruins CL Exclusives /100, Fleury Canvas, Morrison GU jersey, and Commodore GU jersey. Fun little bust!

I ordered 4 boxes from DACW and should be here by Monday. I used to have a routine where I would buy just 4 boxes of Series 1 and possibly Series 2, just to see the YG's I pull. For awhile, I did great pulling Crosby, Ovechkin, Malkin, but then I changed my habits and busted a full case in 07-08. My luck ran out by Series 2 for 07-08 where the 4 boxes I bought gave me no Toews YG. After that, I stopped. I hadn't bought a single box of base UD until this past summer where I finally bought UD1 blasters and 1 hobby box from 2010-11. We'll see if 11-12 UD1 gives me anything to excite me.

So far I think the set looks really nice, the heroes set is only two per box and the canvas cards just look great in person. Good luck on your box break!

I pulled a RNH YG out of my one box. Tons of other YG's still selling well. Great product.

Yeah so far still good. I love the parallels they have done the past two years with 20th Anniversary SPs and this year the canvas.

I pulled the Cody Hodgson's YG canvus ver. and Gabriel Landeskog YG in one box. Good basic series to open. Very comfortable!

I bought a tin of UD series 1 at my local walmart...pulled a canvas Devante Smith-Pelly YG...anybody have any thoughts? these have to be pretty rare...also pulled a Shawn Couterier YG....

What exactly are the Canvas cards? I haven't been able to stay a top of the hobby as of late, as some of you know and i was very curious. Are they this years High glossy cards? What are they made of, same card stock as normal cards or something different?

The canvas are like the 20th anniversary cards from last year. The stock is very similar to that of masterpieces from 2008 whenever the last time they printed them. I think you get like 4 canvas cards per a box so they are really tough pulls if you are looking for young guns. I personally like them because it adds to the high gloss, exclusives, and other parallels

And they're not a true "parallel" to the set. I want to say there are 120 in the base set (90 base, 30 YG's). Check my 11-12 Bruins thread and you can see a couple of the scans.
