Leaf: why aren't there any college logos? I would say it is the biggest draw back to the product

any arizona state players?

Even Panini and Topps do not use logos, as no company besides UD is CLC licensed. However, what you do get with LEAF is pictures of the actual players (not just sholuder pads and up).

P.s.- No arizona state players this year...

I've got to ask it... Are there any Miami Hurricanes this year?

Just wait for Leaf Tribute: Jacory Harris Edition, coming in April to a card shop near you!

Hankerson is the main one I'm interested in. Good to see Berry and Coop, too. Thanks for the info....now eyes on the road ;) .

Topps and Panini don't need logos, as they can use the players in their pro uniforms, UD can use all the college logos
they want, afterall its college football, Leef is caught in the middle, just looks like press pass to me.

Schmidt,
Actually, early topps and panini do not have pro or College logos....they won't have these till June releases...

Take a look at press pass and panini early promos and you'll notice it's all head shots..and, I think they even airbrushed all stripes off the jersey...

If you want full body shots that look remotely like a game situation, leaf may be the only alternative to upper deck...

Again, the product will do the talking..,if anyone will be at the nfl combine, we can meet up and I'll be happy to show you some cards... Bg

Thanks for the response. Despite the possible tone of my post - I do wish you well.
Maybe I am simply overly cynical....but thinking about the configuration, as I mentioned, is what I foresaw as a potential problem.
If someone walks into an LCS and sees a new product, something they may never have heard of......they ask about it and then find out it's $70-100 a pack.....I can't help but think the majority of people will quickly look toward something else (unless it's blowing up in the secondary market). If it was $15-20 a pack (even if it was just the one autograph card) I'd be much more inclined to take a shot. It gets the card(s) in the hand of collectors - and you seem very confident regarding the quality - so it could then lead to them buying more packs or a box.

I dunno.....since it's so limited and most people purchase online by the box anyways, I suppose that could all prove to be moot. So I'm probably wrong.
I'll shut up now - and as I said, simply wish you luck on this endeavor, because I do agree that the auto's from the sell-sheet look much nicer than the other draft products I have seen thus far.....since there hopefully will be at least one Uconn card (Todman).....I'm sure at this point I'll want to pick one of those up to see what they look like in person, see if they are as good as advertised or if it was simply hyperbole.

Only Stanzi (who many companies are misisng)

Clayborne was the only other guy on our radar and finding a marketing agent in time was not in the cards.
