Right on, brother. That sums it up pretty well.

Pete- I said a lot of bad words when I was opening up the cards. I said them in a good way, but still, a lot of bad words.

Joe; looks like this year your gift box was full of hugs and not death wish.

Good morning guys! Took me longer than usual to catch up on the thread when I got in. Each page has taken longer cuz I have to stop and stare at the amazing gifts that have been shared so far!! Incredible. To recap:

gracecollector - Love the Johnson, O'Neill, and Grace!! Congrats. Adam, the recollection was a great find.

GC- sick '61 Gibby and Musial patch!!

Adam- awesome Wilhelm photo, Spahn postcard auto, Ott GU bat card!!

Art- 3 Bay duals. Wow.

Darren- Berra GU, Berra auto! Your BErra stash is growing nicely.

Dan- Williams vintage, Musial auto, Killer auto!! Hope things are well with the family. Thoughts and prayers.

Kevin- the Edgar signed ball is wicked cool!! Very original inscription!

Pete- Tedenby rc autos, Larsen SS auto, and Pipgras cut!!! The first cut of the SS. Hope there are more!

Keith- the Guidry auto and Parker auto's are super cool! Can't go wrong with cashola either!

Joe- holy shnikes!! What a haul! That was an out of the park slam by Dan. Congrats to you and Crystal on some gems.

Actually, this one was still rather mischievous. I'm pretty sure it's because it couldn't wait to be opened. :o

Just have to say that the MT-SS has just been amazing..

Looking at what has been given, unlike the regular FCB SS, where some people just grab a card that might be on each persons list.. the MT-SS seems to try and think like a collector would think, and send cards as if they were collecting the cards for themselves as if they had the collections. 8-)

I want to thank George personally for doing all the background work as well..

Hehe. And without sarcasm marks either, so you must mean it. Thanks George! Dave- you're in! Welcome to the Dave Club (yes, the MT will be renamed with just a few more Dave's)

I completely agree, Kevin. I think the MTSS works so well because we all have a pretty tight bond. We enjoy, encourage, and try to help each others collections. We know each other, in a lot of instances have met each other, we know about each others families. This group of guys is top notch. I consider each and everyone of you a friend (whether you like it or not, Barry).

A general board SS, I think a lot of people are more concerned with what they are going to receive as opposed to what they are going to give. Not everyone thinks that way, but I think a lot of them do.

I also would like to say Thank You to George for running MTSS again this year. George, you do a phenomenal job with this. Thank you.

OK, my turn. Big thanks to my SS (Richard - Pine Tar) for my gifts! He hit my #1 collection dead center! Some of you may not know but I sold off a huge part of my Ultimate Sig set, all the duals. Well I've been dying to start putting it back together but funds are strapped for that set. Richard got it kicked started!

The Parker/Rice was one of my favorite duals! I was a huge Parker fan when I was a kid. The goalie GU cards are a bonus for my goalie PC!

THANKS RICHARD!! MERRY CHRISTMAS MY FRIEND!

Dave (w)- Great stuff! Way to go Richard. I know he won the MVP with the Pirates, but the Cobra always looked better in Cincinnati Red. ;) Congrats on getting a couple of duals. Good luck with rebuilding the set when you can!

Dave Y- I think it would be great to have you in next year. If you were my victim, I'd cry a little, and my wallet would cry even more. Just teasing you, brother.

Very cool cards/items, dudes!

Really like the Sweet Spot autos and the old-timey cut autos. :)

Plan to be in on this next Christmas!
