Poor Hosmer, I was rooting for him. Still doesn't make sense that Trumbo was ahead of him. Look at stats people

Was rooting for either Hellickson or Hosmer in the AL, either one would get me etopps reward points. :)

Kenley Jansen might have finished 8th in the NL, but he wins first place for having the single best statistic, having struck out 96 batters in only 53.2 innings. That is SICK

Jansen is SICK, when the Nats played to Dodgers, I was disaponted every time he came into the game, I remeber F.P. and Carp both unable to figure out what type of pitch he was throwing

Congrats to the winners.

On another note, does anybody think there will be price increases on their cards?

Doubtful. Kimbrel has already been selling really well since the All-Star break and Hellickson has been known in baseball circles for 3+ years so I don't see either seeing a notable bump in price for either

I wanted Hosmer to win but am really glad that Trumbo didn't win, Hellickson was way more deserving.

Past ROY recipients have shown that it is definitely not, by itself, a ticket to greatness. Same with MVP and CY although winning one of these is a lot more impressive.
