2011 Topps Holiday Set Foil Cards /75

Maybe I am the one who is behind, honestly it wouldn't surprise me, but I just found one of these cards for my PC. I did not know that they even existed. Just in case others didn't know, I wanted to put the information out there for them.

Topps released 2011 Factory "Holiday" sets in October 2011. In each set, there is a 5 card pack that contains cards /75. They resemble the diamond parallels. As with many other things, it is not listed on the Beckett player checklist. Had one not popped up on eBay, I would not have known about it.

It's not really foil I guess, but the outside of the set states a 5 card pack of foil cards.

In case others didn't know about them, I wanted to pass the information along. These might be a tough chase card because I don't know how many people are busting the sets to open the 5 card packs inside.

Never heard of them. Looks like the only ones on ebay currently are misspelled Matt Holliday cards. A couple lots sold back in January for what might be a huge bargain if these catch on.

I did not find a 2011 Castro, but I did find a 2010 Topps Holiday Castro. I had never seen one.

Not an employee bonus. These were inserted in the Holiday Factory Set. These replaced the five to ten Rookie Variations which had been included the previous several years.

I stumbled across the Justin Duchscherer 2011 Topps Holliday /75 a few months ago. They are not listed on Beckett, so they are easy to miss ...
