Any Mantle specialists know what this would be worth? I'm not a big Triple Threads collector.

I'd estimate around $300 - $400 based off of other TTT Mantle sales, and the low #'d version. Nice hit!

/36 sold for 65-120
/27 sold for 80-165
/18 sold for 72-185
/9 sold for 125-225

Could be as low as 125 and as high as 300. The lower numbered TTT don't always command much of a premium since they are pretty much identical to ever level and there are so many of them

Put it up for $1000 OBO. No lie, I sold my Marquee Quad GU Bat /5 for $650 on eBay.

It depends on what day it sells, and what collector sees it.

I wouldn't hold onto any of these though, as it seems topps will keep making Mantle bat cards forever.

At some point, they won't command the same price any more.

shouldn't that bat look old? Topps doesn't even try anymore.

Why would it look old Kevin? It's from the inside of the bat.

I criticize topps for their blatant BS, but you're really reaching here.

This comment made me laugh out loud how ridiculous complaints about Topps have become. Are you complaining that a) that is not an authentic Mantle bat relic b) that Topps did not properly artificially age the inside wood of the bat to your liking or c) are you joking? If it isn't the latter than you need to get out of card collecting and collect Barbie dolls because Topps will NEVER EVER be able to please you sir..

About the card seems like $250-$300 to me and that is realistic. $1000 OBO is insanity. The marquee /5 was really hot on the release and only an absolute nut would pay $650, the triple threads was really hot too it's simmered down a little but /3 version will still command a solid premium. There is certainly no shortage of Mantle bats out there and that is an understatement so having one that could go as high as 3 bills is a really, really, really solid one. Congrats on the card
