Just a suggestion, but what about a typical 30 team break with a few added slots? 1 each for:

Any Football cards
Any Basketball cards
Any Hockey cards
Any Golf cards
Other (including non-sports) cards

Just based on looking at what has surfaced so far on ebay, there seems to be enough content for each of these to have their own slot.

That'd be 35 slots. I don't know what the price would be be, but based on the 48 slot price, that's like $46 a slot. The only down side is that these 5 slots are probably better than just about ANY baseball team slot you could get. Insane auto opportunities (although I realize they are long) at Jordan, Gretzky, Woods, and Marino AND the non-sports category has the presidential paintings.

I think the Entomology redemption card(s) should go to the hopper though.

What do you think?

that might work, just not sure if the cards say "Baltimore" or just Baseball on the cards

I am thinking also could do groups, take all 16 boxes and open them and put them into the pillow case.


Groups could be 6 packs a group or something, and randomly pick packs out til that person is done and open them 1 at a time

I like that idea. No problems with all the non baseball stuff. Pretty cut and dry.

Yeah definitely can't do a team break, I opened a case and saw another opened and way way too much 'misc' hits. I got a 'museum relic' redemption for a piece of White House floor, Bobby Orr auto, Hope Solo auto, dual Jordan jersey, saw a "Sports Royalty" auto of figure skater Sasha Cohen- like the ones from Goudey, those are in this for some reason, a 5/10 George Bush Sr. painting Masterpiece(really great looking in person), 2 bug redemptions, those goofy endandered species manufactured patches of animals. Really fun to open though!

Are you going to mix up all 16 boxes and then just pull 10 packs at a time per person or will you just start with box 1 and the first 10 packs go to slot x, then the last 6 packs and the first 4 in the next box go to slot y, etc?

If you are mixing all packs together first and then opening 10 at a time for each participant, I am in for 2 slots. If it's the latter, I will stay out of this one.


Preference is slots 1 & 23 if it's still open, if not, just wherever!
