The vibe I've been getting is without a retail product for draft this year, hobby boxes will be more watered down than ever, causing a perceived notion that Jumbo will offer better odds for parallels.... whatever

Wouldn't the lack of retail mean those parallels that were spread out in retail come back to hobby, thus concentrating the odds, instead of watering them down? I'm so confused. Thanks for talking this through with me guys.
