I would love to see a 2012-2013 remake of the 2004 Donruss/Leaf Recollection Robby Thompson 1990 Leaf buyback auto that I posted earlier, but Thompson wore #6 throughout his career, so a copy might have been tough to track down. Of course there are very, very few Giants on the checklist so I don't have to worry this time around.

Isn't the distibution method the same as the Recollection auto's? A buyback set that is spread out over various sets, brands and years.

Since 1990 Leaf was issued in two series, I hope we get to see a Series 2 of this set, with the same design.

No, there are two different cards of him, one is considered his base, and the other features a different photo, and has the words "No Hit King" on it, as he's holding his cap in the air (see the sell sheet in the OP).

No to 91 black buy back autos. Cards get easily dinged up. We don't need another 5 star. Stick to 1990 Design for as long as possible. Then go to base 1991 Leaf buybacks when all said and done with 1990 design. 1991 is cool design as well.
