Just a queation about products like this that don't have an MLB license. They can't use the team nicknames or logos, so wouldn't there also be an issue with showing the MLB logoman as seen in the patch in the 10th picture?

He is in Panini, Sportkings, and Topps for 2012, so why not throw him in Leaf for 2013?

This product looks awesome. It does fill in the slow period for baseball releases. I would love to see some of these jerseys cards up close. At least there is one company "Leaf" who can verify jerseys for there cards. Love this product and will be opening a few when they are out.

I'm guessing it's not an issue because they are not reprinting the logoman patch for profit...they have paid for the actual jersey (and so it now belongs to Leaf) and are giving away the original. If they were producing the MLB logo and adding it to the cards, they might have a problem. I could be wrong though.
