2012 National Sports Collectors Convention?

They signed a contract to keep it in Chicago from 2011 on.

I hadnt heard about the contract to keep it in Chicago but that would be great if its true. To be honest it would make sense from a tableholder viewpoint. I have attended 8 Nationals and everyone seems to say that Chicicago makes them the most money. Its a central location that is close to the airport. Hopefully this is true

We just renovated our Convention Center, so there is a very good chance it will be here.

If not here, then Anaheim

Chicago is great for the National. Right near the Airport and lots of fun stuff to do once the show closes. Also, there is a really nice hotel right across the street.

not for 2012 but DC would be good. get a flight to regan and ride the metro to the convention center. you could also ride the metro to other sights in dc.

The National's dealers have voted to keep the show in Chicago in 2013 and 2015 with 2014 in a yet to be determined city. I'm not sure where 2012 will be.

I don't think they'll ever have it in New York. It's much too expensive for the dealers to stay there and transporting inventory through Manhattan would be a nightmare.

Yes and there soon to be a casino just a few miles away and hookers are just a short train ride away as well

The National is usually somewhere back east in the first place, plus there's the East Coast National. I understand that the majority of the population is in the eastern part of the US, but we west coasters like to collect too! Come on back to Anaheim - heck even Phoenix or Las Vegas would work.

After what happened in Atlantic City, I doubt the National will be anywhere near Las Vegas.

Bring it to Minneapolis/St. Paul. So I don't have to drive 8-10 hours to go to Chicago.
