Busted a case of National Treasures last week, some okay cards but nothing great. For a product that cost $1200 (I'm a dealer) and seeing what a lot of other people pulled, I expected more.

I'm not mad about the money, it's more about getting what you pay for. I would hope there would be one really awesome hit in each case....not this time.

Anyway, here's everything (Minus a Jackie Robinson "patch") that I pulled:

It seems like they front loaded the cases. (with the exception of the knobs)

Haha he didn't even come close to being the top money hit.

Jackson bat card was tops at $115, followed by Brooks booklet at $88 then Honus bat at $74 followed by the Lajoie bat at $55.

Nothing else topped $50.

It's sad when a base card is the highest selling card, but other people bust a case and get multiple button cards...

Gotcha Heart, I saw patch and thought ok He Got one money hit, with the exception of the Hofers then yes case was not up to par. Man I know its a shot in the dark but anytime I take a dive buying something I try it one more time and usually something good makes up for the last dive it took. It couldn't get any worse that this?

I have the same ideas. If I could get another case for the same price I would take a shot, but not at $1700+ a case now.

I've had worse than this. Opened a box of Five Star and got about $60 worth of cards. That was a total kick in the junk...

I've got two cases of Heritage coming, which is pretty much my favorite series of all time. I'll keep pretty much everything I pull unless it's a red auto and any extra sets I can make.
