While I like the content, it seems like a Five Star baseball product: You either get a massive hit in the case, or you get totally boned (ala my case). It seems like there should be enough good stuff to have at least one major hit in each case for the price point. That or I have really bad luck....

That said I'm not out to bust cases to make money, but it would be nice to come close to getting the value back out of the cost...or at least one really bad ass card to show for the effort...

I just saw this. I'm going to leave it be, unless it stays reeeeeally cheap. Nothing against Panini, but the design on this one is basically a rip-off of the Topps Tier-1 from last year, minus the MLB icons.

Well in their defense, how much design can you put into it after the players face and the bat knob take up 90% of the card?

Some amazing stuff coming out of this product! I have never had any doubts with Panini and have enjoyed what I currently own from them which is the 2011 prime cuts! Amazing patches in those products as well as from the national treasures!
