The first BOLD offer:

I'll trade this one for any high number auto you pull that you aren't happy with (assuming I don't have it yet:)

Nice offers. I should have my first 2 sets tomorrow. Here's hoping I don't get anything to trade you.

That title is horrible, I'm pretty sure the buyer thinks they are getting the set.

why would you think that??
/sarcasm

I saw that listing and reported it!
Why the XXXX would you put set in the title if you are selling a XXXXing card???
Might as well put case in the title because you may have gotten that card out of a case of Heritage sets!!
Card could have sold for $3000!

I've sold or am selling all 5 sets I purchased. Thinking I should have busted them for a Harper or Darvish auto but also feeling like cash in hand is better than money on the craps table.

What are the odds on this not being sealed and with a crappy auto? He never says "sealed," but he puts wording in there to make it look like it's unopened.

It shows this in ebay item specifics so buyer would have a complaint if set in not sealed

Condition: Brand New: An item that has never been opened or removed from the manufacturer’s sealing (if applicable). Item is in original shrink wrap (if applicable). See the seller's listing for full details.

the best thing i can say about my Heritage Hi# Set is that all the base cards were included and not too badly damaged by the poor packaging
