2013 Leaf Draft Retail

As Leaf and BG are pushing out sets like army, valiant, metal, etc., I was wondering if draft retail football will be released next week as BG said the middle of the month, which would start around next week. also anybody have an idea when the army base sets will be released if army is coming out this week?
