2013 National ROLL CALL!!!!!

Probably do the Kane County baseball game at 12:00 on the 31st, and then head over to the National. Might stay the night If I can get a room cheap enough

I'll be there for sure. Baltimore was a blast. I've never been to the area....is Wrigley easy to get to from Rosemont? I see the cubs are in town against the Dodgers. In general, is it easy to get into downtown Chicago from Rosemont? I'd love to see the city

I'm planning on being there. It'll be my first National. Got a cousin that lives 30 minutes from Rosemont, so I don't have to worry about booking a room.

Downtown is a quick CTA train ride from the convention center. If you want to see a Cubs game you could easily take the train but if you want to get there quicker and not have to ride with the unwashed masses, a cab ride could be had as Wrigley is about 20 miles from Rosemont and is almost a straight shot down the Kennedy Expressway. I havnt taken a cab in years so I have no idea what the trip would cost. I am sure many from FCB will be heading to Wrigley (assuming there is a game) and I assume hitching a ride will not be an issue.

I am a 98% confirmation...and this will be my very first National as well Have plenty of time to take off from work and have been doing my best to get high end trade bait and such. Already have card spending money starting to accrue

I figured it would be a bit expensive but thought I would throw that out there as an option. Personally, I would take the train as it is certainly an experience.
