Rodon's first start is in the books. Shaky command, not best velo, but was solid overall. Did plunk 3 batters, though.

In fairness, he gave up three dingers in his first 2013 start, then got much better as the season went on.

Remember the name Jaylin Davis from App State? The guy who homered off Rodon in his first 2013 start? If not, you'd better start, as he took him yard again today, as well as a 2-run single. Were it not for him, Carlos would've dominated.
