MLB realizes Trent Oeltjen does not play for either organization anymore, right?

;)

Hopefully the Dodgers and Dbacks can treat the Aussies to some good base-brawl!

I think it's great. The ABL has gained momentum over the last couple years. Having a game there will hopefully raise more interest in the sport.

One of my friends played for Canberra this past season in the ABL. He was one of their top starters. They won the championship and the crowds were pretty big for international baseball.

There is a definite upswing of interest in Australia, so this is a great move.

Several baby Jays played there in the offseason. Competition is def a lot better than it used to be.

I watched some of it on tv in the Philippines when I was there last April.
