I hope Andre Dawson is in this set soooooooo badly and the more pattern variations the better! I am so excited for this, but my excitement will probably turn to disappointment when the checklist is released and Dawson is not in it.

500 player checklist with 500 variations!!!! would be AWESOME!

This is going to be a disaster. eBay will XXXX down with all the new auctions for every card lol. Literally every bade will have an auction and probably like $10 per card starting. I actually hope Belle isn't in it. I smell a disaster.

Could be a very interesting mix of all three tek sets.

Will it be a larger cl like 98 or smaller like 99/00?

Will there be numbered rookies and broken into colors like 00?

Will the golds numbered to 10 return and will there be 3or more diffractors a box?

I'm looking forward to more info and this product as well as stadium club.

I really think this would be a great idea if they include a mix of current and retired players. I'd like a set reminiscent of 1998 with a few tweaks - 120 players ( 90 current, 20 retired, 10 draft picks or rookies) with 50 variations of each player. Throw in some sharper looking diffractors as parallels and number them to 25 and you have a fun set for a lot of people to chase.

Page me if David DeJesus or Todd Frazier make the checklist - otherwise I might bust a box just for fun

That sounds like an awesome formula!

The retired guys could be guys that are often considered "shoulda's" from 1998. Guys from that era who should have been on the checklist but for some reason weren't. Rickey and Will Clark come to mind.

100 different patterns, each pattern has a photo a and a photo b and each pattern has a bronze, silver, gold, platinum, and diamond variation for 1000 total different cards per player.

That would be stupidly insane. 100 cards per player, sure...1,000, no thank you.

That, my friends, would be totally awesome!!!!!!
