Not looking good for Mr. Parker, according to MLBTR:

"More troublingly, fellow Tommy John patient Jarrod Parker left his Triple-A rehab start in a scene that left observers seriously concerned about his arm, as Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle reports. Parker, who is said to have been overcome by pain after throwing a very wild pitch, walked off with assistance while clutching his surgically repaired right elbow — which is now on its third UCL."

They're saying it's a Broken Elbow. No timetable yet given.

Parker is recovering from his second Tommy John surgery and given how critical the right medial epicondyle is to holding together a surgically-repair arm, it is feared that Parker could be in store for a third Tommy John procedure.

Wow, seems like a lot of TJ surgeries this year. Is it more than last, up to now, or about the same?

I don't know the count but a lot of people who have or do play for the DBax org have had issues. Maybe it isn't more than normal but it seems like a lot to me.
