Wonder what happens to multi team cards in their break as it says red sox ONLY

or what happens if you pull the card after the break - does Topps hold that team's cards until the redemption expiration in case you redeem it or do you have to redeem the card before the break? The promotions page didn't have the detail about that or even the expiration date of the promotion redemption.
