I see 2016 buybacks on eBay. I see no difference between them and the 94 cards. Is there foil or stamping or something? If not, this .25c card people are asking $20 for.

I saw a '91 buyback this morning and also did not notice any difference.

The buyback autographs have foil stamping. The non-autographed buybacks have nothing to differentiate them from any other base card.

If the '94 buybacks aren't stamped I think I'd probably rather just pull a base card than one of those, especially if I'm a set builder.
