Pretty much the same as last year. I swear, if I didn't know better, I'd think this 2019 MLB Draft pick guy's in it every year.

Time for me to start sending names in to Topps. They already know about the 1st-2nd rounds, but I like to find later round guys who I think have high ceilings.
