These are out there. I just picked up a green retail set from Walmart. It happened to be the gold star parallel set.
And this guy was staring at me when I opened it up. It’s numbered to 264. Good value here with the rookie photo variations, complete set and chance to pull a nice foilboard. 5 random foil boards per set. 5 rookie photo variations per set.
