Hey guys and gals,
Just like last year and for being great FCB members for another Hockey season, i thought i would have another FCB playoff pool with the winner getting a box of 2010/11 SP Authentic!!
I copied out the rules here really quick as i am going out right away so if i didn't make something clear please mention it to me and i will clarify
So here are the rules...
1. Pick 10 players. These 10 players can be a mixture of Forwards or D Men or just all forwards, its up to you
2. After you pick your initial 10 players, you then pick 2 more players that must be Defensemen.
3. You have now picked 12 players with at least 2 of them being Dmen, you now pick one player that must be a Rookie.
4. After you have picked your initial 10 + 2 Dmen and 1 Rookie, you then pick a goaltender. There is only 1 goaltender allowed per team. So if you picked your rookie as a goaltender, you don't get to pick another Goaltender now.
5. Points will calculated as 1 point per goal and/or assist (just like normal). For goalies 1 win will equal 2 points and 1 shut-out will equal 2 points. So if a goalie gets a shut-out with a win that will be equal to 4 points for that game.
6. The winner of the 10/11 SP Authentic Box will be the person that has the most total points after the Stanley Cup is hoisted.
7. In the result of a tie after the playoffs, the first tie breaker will be GOALS. The 2nd tie breaker will be Goalie Wins, if the pool is still tied after the first tie breaker is done (very doubtful).
8. All entries must be in before the puck drops for the first playoff game on Wednesday.
9. All entries are first come, first served, so make sure you are not picking the exact same team as someone else already has.
