No, your correct, Certified is out, Totally Certified is in(which is the better box with the serial # cards)

********* Alright guys, Andrew helped me track down a replacement, yes there is already a box of 1999 Brilliants in the break, but were adding another one. Its a good box with the Golds/24Kt etc. And we are gonna throw in a 1999 Topps Chrome Series 2 box (Refractors / Fortune 15 Refractors). So I hope you guys/gals are ok with that, and have the now 33 box break go off. Sorry bout the Certified, I found out last yesterday, but at least we added a good box(es).
