i did not believe this when i saw it!!!

In an unprecedented move by the Braves own
Greg Heller vice president and general counsel.
the Braves announce that Barry Bonds will be
the new talent scout for the 2010 season. Greg
Heller made only a brief statement concerning
the move. "In light of our teams needs for the up-
coming 2010 season, We have tasked Barry to
get the job done. He has an eye for talent and
has already provided us with although highly un-
likely candidates, good solid prospects with ama-
zing physical talent."
who are they? [Greg] well we have two pitching
prospects, Ira Sherwitz and Juan Rimo both have
clocked the radar gun at 120 mph, with Sherwitz
having a slight edge peaking at 122 mph.
those are record breaking speeds! [Greg] yes due
to the amazing physical size of these men they are
able to do things your avg ballplayer cant. Our
pitching coach Roger McDowell will work with
both men on their control issues. And the third
man? [greg] Yes, Alfredo Gionucilio is Barry's #
1 prospect this man has hit balls 700+ feet on a reg-
ular basis. More record breaking numbers! [Greg]
[chuckles] when Barry approached us, he said
"baseball has had it wrong for a long time. it is the
size of the dog that matters, too many players bank
on that size of the fight in the dog nonsense."
Greg parted leaving more questions than answers
but he did leave us this parting photo exclusive.

Alfredo Gionucilio.
