450 BIN.....is the live discount still going on?

I have never used the live or crumb or anything like that before.....normally I try and deal off of ebay but I have a coupon that is buring a hole in my pocket

So I want to maximize my purchase. Suggestions? Can any Buy It Now be used for the discount or only certain ones?
