5 set break of 2009 Razor US Army All American

Ok, I'm not a "huge" football fan, but I was intrigued enough to pick up 5 sets of this pre-prospect set.

The sets break down to either an autograph or a Bryce Brown jersey card and the autographs vary in quantities from 168 to only 42. In fact, only 3 autographs have a print run higher than 84.

I had some fairly crazy collation in the 5 sets:
- 3 Malliciah Goodman autographs (SP limited to only 42)
- 1 Tom Savage autograph (SP limited to only 42)
- 1 Bryce Brown jersey card

Quality-wise, these are right up there with the "big boys" and don't feature any chipping that some of Razor's previous baseball releases have shown.

No. They are factory sets like what Topps Traded used to do. You get the complete base set and either 1 sticker autograph or a Bryce Brown jersey.

You Betcha! You can CLEARLY see the sticker in the scan.

Its a factory set that has 1 insert per set. Only 240 cases made.

There were some obvious checklist curve-balls thrown in there upon release for probably a multitude of reasons.

No Donovan Tate autograph eliminates the "baseball" chase factor...but nonetheless, it's an interesting idea for a set and we'll see what the future holds for these young players.

Not sure this is a product to rip right now. Its one to buy and hold and see if any of these guys break out and gets the ESPN love like Tebow. If the price drops... I might just consider that. $30 a pop is a tad high to play the waiting game.

They can be had easily for $25, and will probably drop in the $20 range but honestly...it was my curiosity that caused me to open this product more than return, profit or anything in between.

Strongside DE.

Rivals has him ranked #2 for his position and #38 in the 2009 class. He is going to Clemson.

One thing, most of the Rivals Top 50 are at fairly non-collectable positions like OL or DL.

Very nice looking stuff! I think if a guy gets Reggie Bush like hot even the base cards could be worth something, considering there are only 4800 of them as compared to 15-20k base chromes of prospects.
