Bill Maz GU jersey

x20 silver parallels including Ripken , Joe D and Clemente

There was only one game used card when according to insertion ratio there would be four, there were no autographs when there should have been two, and perhaps the most unusual was there were twenty silver parallels when statistically these should have been only five.

How much did you pay per?

I mean... it's obvious you're gonna get picked-through packs unless they are in sealed cases.

the ONLY blisters I trust are the 98 Donruss Preferred (as Precious Metals had no insert rate there was no way to search)

Wouldn't a metal detector work? It's the reason I've not purchased a lot of the 98 DP that I've found.

No, as all Donruss Preferred is shipped inside of metal tins.

If you can pay roughly $1-$1.50 per tin, you're doin great. Justin, if you find big lots (for instance, there was a seller at one point who sold 30 blisters for $45 dlvd) buy em up, or let me know. My Matt Williams could use some company.

I sent the seller a rather "diplomatic" email explaining that the packs were fishy, curious what there response will be (if any). I have dealt with that dealer for years without any problem so we will see.

Does anyone know then if blister packs are packed out per box or by the case where they are actually following the odds?
Since you said you've dealt with the dealer for years and never had a problem then maybe they weren't searched and the odds really just reflect the overall print run and their just packaged out any which way.

I just busted that 150 pack case of americana 2 (10x15) and some boxes had as many as six hits and some had as few as 1 hit (per 15 pack box)

A few things working against you the least of which is searching. Because you pulled the one jersey I
really don't think these were searched as those are the cards that the searcher would of been after.
also blister odds are accross the board, you can't buy any amount and hold UD to the odds, they just don't
come out like that all together like say a hobby box can. Most of the blister lots I have bought have had
odds all over the place.

Sellers response

The odds on the packs since they are not in box form can be all over the place like you experienced. Sometimes you may get 20 jerseys and only 1 or 2 silver parallels. Glad to see overall you were still generally pleased
with the product.

WHAT?!?!!? These were Sweet Spot packs if I am understanding correctly. He'd most likely be after the Sweet Spot auto and not the game used. The Sweet Spot auto's are probably in the top 3 easiest things to search for. You live and learn JS, don't buy loose packs on eBay regardless of the seller.
