Out of all the cards from this set I've never seen anything other than just plain jerseys on MLB players or HOF's.

I hope it's real for your sake, but I can tell you that it was originally sold by casecards513 on 3/30 of this year. If you wonder why I'm skeptical about it, check out these cards that have also been sold by that seller. Also, the Beckett database lists no patch or prime parallels for this card, like they do for the Gehrig.
