I can't for the life of me figure out how to take advantage of these deals, it's like eBay is personally plotting against me. Usually they seem conveniently scheduled around my big purchases. This time I just hit a big cold streak, I placed a bid in the $130s on 4 different cards, from 4 different brands, of 3 different players, spanning 127 years of release and came in 2nd place in each of the auctions....unbelievable.
